TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MarineRepairHub platform at https://marinerepairhub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is developed and operated under Atlanthirion Alliance I.K.E. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our coordination services.

2. Nature of Services

MarineRepairHub operates exclusively as a 24/7 ship repair coordination platform and managed marine services network. We connect shipowners, technical managers, operators, and yacht managers with qualified local repair teams, contractors, and specialists. MarineRepairHub acts as an operational gateway and point of contact; third-party execution is managed under their respective technical class certifications and standard terms.

3. User Obligations & Submissions

When submitting emergency or planned assistance requests via our operational desk systems, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and verifiable vessel specifications, damage scopes, and technical operational parameters. False, misleading, or incomplete operational declarations that delay port clearances or authority notifications are the sole responsibility of the submitting technical entity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, text descriptions, network structures, layout graphics, software configurations, and trademark identifiers including "MarineRepairHub" and the phrase "Coordinate • Support • Deliver" are protected under applicable maritime corporate framework copyrights held by Atlanthirion Alliance I.K.E. or its licensing partners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Atlanthirion Alliance I.K.E. and its coordination platform, MarineRepairHub, facilitate connection and communication management. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Greek and international maritime law, we shall not be liable for any consequential delays, off-hire operational losses, or secondary structural disruptions resulting from anchorage scheduling changes, port authority holds, or third-party workshop allocations.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes relating directly to the coordination platform services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Piraeus, Greece.
